Several large medical conferences regularly present research results relevant to people with MBC. These meetings include ASCO (held every late May/early June), ABC Global Alliance (held every other November), ESMO (held every fall), and the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) (held every December). Also, many of our partner advocacy organizations hold smaller meetings and conferences. Patients are welcome at these meetings and are often given reduced registration rates. Special events are also often planned with patients in mind. Many meetings offer an option to attend virtually.
